Improvement Plan — Create a client-specific
sales and/or marketing plan based on the assessment,
industry/market research, and Fifth Element Associates’
experience. A key component of this element is the creation
of a unique and compelling value proposition that will
be interwoven throughout the entire program.
The Performance
plan can be broken down into short- and long-term
activities in order to achieve the fastest results
possible. In addition to the development of a unique
and compelling value proposition, components of the
plan typically include redesign of sales processes,
lead generation, and the creation of job aids and
customized training course material.
