Joe Candido

For over 25 years, Joe Candido has worked with a wide range of clients—from multi-national corporations and regional companies to non-profits and startups—in industries including manufacturing, eCommerce, health care, telecommunication and Information Technology. His experience in sales, marketing, consulting, and advanced training methods provide a strong foundation for helping clients develop their competitive differentiation in the market place, and then build strategies and tactical sales and marketing plans to leverage that differentiation.

Joe’s professional education includes training in several leading sales and adult learning methodologies. His business background includes the ownership and operation of an IT consulting firm, positions as Director of Sales, VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Innovation, and experience with leading research and advertising firms. He has provided training in a wide range of technical and executive training programs, some of which have been accredit by ACE and Champlain College. Joe is an adjunct instructor at University of Vermont where he teaches sales strategy and tactics to executives. Joe was a director of Hill Associates, Inc.’s Board of Directors for three years. Presently, he also consults/coaches with several executives on an individual basis.

Whether the topic is business strategy, current news items, quirky trivia or rock music history and trends, Joe is an enthusiastic conversationalist who thrives on making deep and meaningful connections with clients, friends and family alike. Depending on the season, Joe can be found sailing the waters of Lake Champlain or reveling in a bluebird day on skis. A good day is when he can’t tell the difference between his work and his play, or his friends and his associates. Joe lives in Vermont with his wife, daughter, and dog.
