Joe
Candido —
is a Managing Associate of Fifth
Element Associates. He has over 20 years of experience
in sales, marketing, consulting, technology, and advanced
training methods. His primary belief is that every business
needs a unique and compelling value proposition in order
to differentiate itself in the minds and hearts of its
customers/clients. Otherwise it becomes another "me
too" player selling on price. Joe works with his
clients to develop competitive differentiation in their
market place, and then build both strategic and tactical
sales and marketing plans which leverage that differentiation.

Eisinger —
is
a Managing Associate of Fifth Element Associates.
She responsible
for coordinating and implementing all facets of research
for our clients. She is also our project manager and
primary liaison with the various members (client teams,
business, marketing and sales specialists, other subcontractors)
involved in our collaborative projects. Claudia, a
Cornell University graduate, is a skilled qualitative
market research specialist with more than 13 years’
experience in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Her approach is based on the thinking that it is vital
for clients to be in tune with customers’ core
values. Solid, long-term relationships between clients
(and clients’ brands) and their customers are
formed when there is a true alignment of values. Claudia
especially enjoys creating authentic environments
and conversations, whether it is moderating focus
groups, conducting in-depth interviews, or facilitating
small and large group dialogues, where people feel
valued and where inspiration and creativity thrive.

a Managing Associate of Fifth Element Associates
who is responsible for strategic planning, quantitative
market research, and structural marketing. “Most
people think of marketing as sales or advertising,”
Glenn says. “But advertising doesn’t work
for everyone, and for many, neither sales nor advertising
are working well enough. We help organizations look
for additional, non-advertising marketing opportunities,
from branding and guerilla marketing to tactical planning
and enhancing customer relations.” More
