Assessment
— Identify and assess performance gaps in people,
processes, and tools. Establish a baseline, define measurable
goals, review product/service offerings, explore brand
perceptions, understand market (competition, customers,
etc.), and research industry.
We
work in the field to learn first-hand where the challenges
lie. In addition, we employ traditional assessment
techniques including: formal assessment instruments,
interviews (staff, customers, prospects), and review
of personnel information, marketing material, proposals,
and internal processes.
